Fix: An MCP server card is published

Web-audit fix skill for the mcp-server-card check (MCP, SHOULD).

Goal

Publish a SEP-2127 server card for your MCP server and list it in your AI catalog.

Fix

Serve a SEP-2127 server card at <endpoint>/server-card (/mcp/server-card for an endpoint at /mcp) as application/mcp-server-card+json. It carries $schema (https://static.modelcontextprotocol.io/schemas/v1/server-card.schema.json), name in reverse-DNS form (com.example/server), version, description, and remotes, one entry per endpoint with type (streamable-http) and url. List it in /.well-known/ai-catalog.json as an entry of type application/mcp-server-card+json with the card's url. A card at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json is the legacy SEP-1649 shape: it still passes, and SEP-2127 is the shape to publish.
